Trompenaars Hampden-Turner offers Defining a learning culture can be difficult, yet highly impactful once achieved. This 90-minute workshop will offer a transformative approach to address your unique business challenges by integrating culture into every facet of your organization, with leaders leading by example. This practice-filled workshop will be led by Fons Trompenaars, one of the Top 20 Most Influential International Thinkers, inductee to the Thinkers50 Hall of Fame, and awarded the 2023 prestigious George Petitpas Award by The World Federation of People Management Associations (WFPMA).
As Peter Drucker famously said, “Culture eats strategy for breakfast.” We believe that Strategy eats Culture for Lunch. So let’s have dinner together. Culture defines how your organization operates and responds to challenges, both internal and external. It shapes behaviours, values, and norms, creating a foundation for success. When aligned with your business objectives, culture becomes a powerful enabler, supporting your company’s ambitions and identity.
This session will start with a plenary of Fons introducing the four-step approach to shaping and building cultural transformation, followed by a workshop session allowing you to work in a dynamic setting of teams.
